Ordered pink, but got dark grey. Contacted seller, but they said they couldn’t find my order, even with the number & screenshots. Contacted alibaba customer care 2 times and they weren’t helpful either. I made 3 unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue. Disappointing.

This is a bit small and only one of my cats fits comfortably. I would love to find a bigger size for the other cats.
The one that fits seems to merge with it. It then it randomly grows a paw and will attack passing legs. Beware that yours might merge with your cats and do the same.

Product was exactly as pictured. The color is great / quality materials. My little kitty went right to it and loves to sleep on the top. She hasn’t explored inside, but may be too small for that. Suggest buying larger size if possible.
