The box came crushed, but it didn’t hurt the brush. The brush is good and i like that it has the button to take off the fur and the soft nubs at the end to avoid scratching or irritating the skin, but it does seem like i have to press down a little harder to actually get down into the fur. It grabs the fur, but it just seems like it takes a little longer, but it’s super cute and works & was cheap!
