Eligibility for Returns
1.Timeframe: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
2.Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
3.Non-Eligible Items: Custom-made, personalized, and perishable items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
Steps for Returns
1.Initiate a Request: Log in to your account, navigate to the “Orders” section, and select the item you wish to return.
2.Provide Details: Complete the return form, including photos if the item is defective or damaged.
3.Return Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the product back.
4.Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Replacements
1.Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact our support team within 7 days of receipt. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
2.Wrong Items: In case you receive an incorrect item, we’ll send you the correct product after verifying your claim.
Refunds
1.Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
2.Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3.Partial Refunds: A partial refund may be applied if the item is returned in a used or unsellable condition.
Exceptions
1.Products that are returned without authorization or outside the stated timeframe will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
2.Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive defective.
