Bought this as an introduction into a track saw square. The item is listed as compatible with Festool/Makita but as the Evolution ST G2 (UK) is based on that style of track, i expected it to fit.
It DOES with slight modifications. You need to relieve one side of the key to allow the the other side of the key to be a nice sliding fit on the edge of the track. As the product has a toggle clip, this is pulled up close to the edge of the track. It needs a small flat file to take the smallest of amount off.
If you aren’t comfortable with making this modification then I suggest you only use this with the official Festool/Makita tracks and not the Evolution range. The Evolution square is 4 times the cost of this and I was willing to modify the square if needed.

The limiter at first did not want to enter the Makita rail, the screws had to be loosened. Ultimately, he enters but with resistance. The main thing is that he holds a right angle.

Distance between both guides about 2 mm too small. I had to grind down the lead to get leadership rail in Makita. At the tools there is no way to correct (adjust) that. For example, for a guide oval holes (?).
That was the first item from this shop, which was so inaccurate.

Good product for the price. You have to adjust it yourself so that it is hooked. Fits on the Makita Rail (at I got the screws slightly loose). The product was not packaged properly, causing small damage, but unfortunately not in a important place.
