A. Wireless charging lamp can’t be used

1.1.The parameters of the power supply or charging cable used do not match or are damaged.

2. Poor contact between the plugs in the power supply section.

B.Unable to use hand-waving controls

1. Check with reference to the inability to supply power to the product.

2. The main power switch is not turned on.

3. There is something covering the sensor above the place where the lamp is placed.

4. The hand is not completely removed from the sensor when waving the hand to control it.

C.Digital devices cannot be charged by the wireless charging lamp

1. Refer to the inability to supply power for this product checking.

2. Wireless charging transmitter area has metal foreign objects, check the alarm blue light.

3. Confirm whether the cell phone has wireless charging function.

4. Confirm that the wireless charging receiver position 4 of the cell phone and the product wireless charging transmitter position is affixed.

5. Product production date (factory compatible with existing mainstream models).
