• 1. Pour  150 grams of soybeans and appropriate amount of water into the  container, soak for about 5-6 hours (the soybeans must be soaked  thoroughly, so that the soy milk will be thicker and the yield rate will  be higher)

• 2. Drain the soaked soybeans into the soymilk machine, add 1200ml of water, and start making soymilk.

• 3. Heat the ground soy milk to a boil, and then scoop out the foam on the surface of the soy milk during the heating process. After the soy milk boils, keep it boiling for 5 minutes, so the soy milk is ready.Then cover the pot and turn off the heat, wait 10 minutes and then open the pot, the tofu is finished.

• 4. Take out the tofu mold, put the filter cloth in the mold and arrange it,  pour the prepared tofu brain into the mold, close the lid of the mold,  press it with your hand, put a heavy object on the lid and press it for  10 minutes, then open the lid, The tofu is ready.
