Very disappointed. Device is worthless.
Device falsely recorded 7000 steps and 2.8 miles during the time I sat in a chair and watched YouTube videos. Device can’t accurately read pulse (heart rate). Shows value of 98 BPM, then 74 BPM within seconds. Device apparently just fakes SPO2 (blood oxygen) values and reports 99% (my real oximeter recorded values between 91% and 97% during this period). Within two days use, the paint finish is falling off.

Amazing ring for the price, it seems quite accurate, i love that i can track my heart beat and sleep. And the battery lasts multiple days. I don’t really understand the “rxx” label, i don’t get if it’s better the higher the number, or if it’s just the ring style that changes. Anyways, i bought two more r02 version because i wanted the smooth look, these rings are so cheap that you can do that. I’m not sure about the longevity, i’m guessing after a year or so of constant wear, they might start wearing out. Not bad. The app is ok, not too many features, but it syncs with apple health so i can view all the stats there. I can only view blood oxygen in the colmi app though… I think it’s because i’m in europe.
