the seller is great. they have been supporting the order carefully. the product is okay, it's functional and enduring. But product is made by cheap materials, so the plastic "window" looks scratched.

Pretty sure my postman tried to force it in to my mailbox so it was a bit squashed, but it was easy to fix. My 3 month old Maine Coon fits in it well. The seller was GREAT and it came super fast.

Expensive shipping (7.75 US) but no shipping protection for the products – only grey plastic bag!!! The product come with three cracks in clear plastic window (you can see on the pictures). I recommend to seller change type of package.

Очень крутой рюкзак. Места для взрослого Бенгала 5.5кг более чем. выпяченное окно расширяет место. Этот рюкзак гораздо удобнее с откидывающейся сеткой со спины, чем простые рюкзаки без сетки. И больше их. Есть кривые прострочки, как обычно. На крепость не влияет. Шлейки нужно хорошо закреплять. В жаркий день дырок в корпусе мало, нужно больше вентиляции и становок для проветривания. В итоге кот стал меньше бояться улицы и интересоваться. Выезжаем в парк путешествуем
Товар шел очень ооочееень долго. Скорей всего из-за вируса. Продавец продлял защиту

мы его ждали, ждали, и наконец дождались. три месяца ждали. классный рюкзак. единственное что не понравилось, это то что чтоб открыть спинку рюкзака и увеличить пространство коту, надо сначала изнутри расстегнуть молнию. то есть чтоб например сидя в машине увеличить пространство коту, надо или заранее ее открывать, а она болтается и мешает коту. или открывать весь отсек с котом и открывать. немного торчат нитки. но это не проблема. так как такой рюкзак без откидной спинки на вайлдберрис стоит на 10000 тенге дороже. еще немного погнулся пластик. вмятина была больше. немного ее выгнули обратно, а эта небольшая вмятина не становится на место. это в принципе тоже не критично. но продавцу стоило бы лучше упаковывать товар.
